However, beauty and hair products are considered personal care items. To protect the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not offer exchanges nor returns. All sales are final.

  1.  We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on shipping and handling charges as they are non-refundable.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse returns, as they are unauthorized.

  3. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  4. If there is an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will take immediate steps to resolve the issue.

You must provide relevant details, including your order number, date of order, date received, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs, if applicable.
